Health Data Gallery

Health data accessibility and disruptive innovation are not the ultimate goals, but a much needed step along the way to improving the U.S. health care system. In the Health Data Gallery, HDC highlights success stories of health data being leveraged to create real differences in health care delivery and people's lives.

You can view the gallery of stories, curated by HDC, at: http://gallery.healthdataconsortium.org.

This program is made possible by the generous support of the California HealthCare Foundation.
